Construction is moving forward on the pipeline crossing floodwall under West Shore Lake Pontchartrain contract 109. Crews recently poured concrete for stabilization slabs at several monoliths, the structural backbone of the floodwall, which will help strengthen flood risk reduction for the surrounding area.
