Woodruff, Ohio adjutant general, exchange gifts with Bratislav Gasic, Minister of Defence, and Serbian Armed Forces delegations during their annual capstone visit in Belgrade, Serbia, Sept. 18, 2025. The country of Serbia signed a bilateral affairs agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense and the state of Ohio in 2006, establishing the Ohio-Serbia pairing through the State Partnership Program.
