Senior leaders assigned to the 101st Division Sustainment Brigade, along with leaders from across the 101st Airborne Division "Air Assault", conducted a division-level sustainment rehearsal in preparation of the upcoming Operation Lethal Eagle 26.1, on Jan. 15, 2026, at Fort Campbell, Ky.
The rehearsal ensured unit command teams and key leaders understood the five W’s of logistics required to sustain a specific operation: what support is provided, who delivers it, how it will be transported, where and when transfers occur, and contingency plans.
This synchronization helps maintain the highest standards of teamwork and safety.
During the rehearsal, leaders reviewed the operation step by step, identifying potential obstacles, risks and possible scenarios to ensure effective sustainment throughout the operation.
