Brig. Gen. Tomika Seaberry was the guest speaker at an Army Reserve Careers Group (ARCG), 11th Battalion event on September 26, 2025 in Pleasanton, CA.
“Each action you take unlocks training readiness in a company, stability in a platoon, predictability for a commander, and career growth for a Soldier and their family,” said Brig. Gen. Seaberry. “You help Soldiers find the best path to reach their goals and in doing so, you strengthen the force that defends our Nation.”
ARCG provides U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers with critical information on opportunities available for them to continue their service. These opportunities may include, but is not limited to, reenlisting, prospecting for Officer Candidate School (OCS), or becoming U.S. Army Reserve Warrant Officers.
