U.S. Soldiers assigned to Bravo Battery, 1st Battalion, 5th Field Artillery Regiment, fire an M109A6 Paladin Howitzer during Table VI certification at Orzysz Training Area, Poland, Oct. 3, 2025. During the live-fire exercise Soldiers engaged the Paladins with targets over 15 kilometers away from their firing points. Task force Iron’s mission is to engage in multinational training and exercises across the continent to increase lethality while strengthening partnerships with NATO allies and regional security partners.
