MDA's NOBLE announcement (Solicitation No. HQ0860-25-S-0001) is a 5-year notice that contains multiple authorities to which individual Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and non-FAR based solicitations can be issued against.
Under NOBLE, MDA is seeking new and innovative concepts, disruptive technologies and rapid prototyping and demonstration efforts. The goal is to mature these technologies for integration into the missile defense system. Interest is in non-traditional business approaches.
Industry submissions should only be made in response to the individual competitive solicitations. Solicitations will identify the technical need, the solicitation method and other specifics to guide industry response.
