A U.S. Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II (Warthog) attack aircraft is photographed in flight from a slightly elevated forward angle, likely from a tanker or chase aircraft. The aircraft bears the tail number 653 and is flying over arid, mountainous terrain at what appears to be low-to-medium altitude during golden hour lighting. The aircraft is carrying ordnance on its wing hardpoints and the distinctive twin turbofan engines mounted above the rear fuselage are clearly visible.
