Members of the 403rd Wing Religious Affairs Office walk toward the Roberts Maintenance Facility at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., May 6, 2025. The building houses the 403rd Maintenance Group, one of many units visited by the Chaplain team to provide morale support, informal counseling, and a consistent presence throughout the wing. The Religious Affairs Office—led by Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Joseph Huffling and comprised of Chaplain (Capt.) Chris Steverson, Chaplain (1st Lt.) David Gamble, Tech. Sgt. Jerry Primes, and Master Sgt. John Ables—offers 100% confidential emotional, mental, and spiritual care to all Airmen. Through proactive outreach and compassionate engagement, the team ensures Airmen are supported both in everyday life and during times of crisis.
