Munson Army Health Center Registered Nurse, Brenda Brister, from the Department of Public Health and Optometry Technician Janessa Johnson, from the Optometry Clinic were recognized Sept. 12, after collecting five tokens each for providing the Ultimate Patient Experience. Staff may be nominated for individual patient experience tokens over time for modeling exemplary leadership, contributions to a safe and healthful workplace, teamwork, and specific one-time acts that enhance the patient experience. Upon receipt of five tokens employees may be eligible for a 4-hour time off award.
