Adjutant Generals (TAG) from the Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Texas, and Virginia National Guards met with U.S. Central Command leadership during the State Partnership Program (SPP) TAG Conference, 27 August 2025. Administered by the National Guard Bureau, the SPP links every U.S. state and territory with a partner nation supporting joint training, sharing defense knowledge, and advancing U.S. and partner nation interests. The SPP is a vital component of the U.S. broader strategic relationships, regional security, and the strengthening of our nations' abilities to address evolving threats. Eleven countries in the CENTCOM area of responsibility participate in the SPP, highlighting our shared commitment to strengthening regional stability.
