At WSLP Contract 105, sheet piles and bracing have been installed to form the Temporary Retaining Structure (TRS) at the Perilloux Canal. The contractor is currently excavating within the TRS, which plays a central role in managing the challenges of the coastal environment by preventing the canal banks and surrounding ground from collapsing into the excavation. This excavation is a preparatory activity for future construction of the Perilloux Drainage Structure.
