U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Howard Leroy helps fellow sailors from High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2) load Project Handclasp donations into vehicles in Rodman-Balboa, Panama, on May 26, 2010. The donations were transported to several organizations in Panama City, Panama. The Swift was deployed to Panama in support of Southern Partnership Station 2010. Southern Partnership Station is an annual deployment of various specialty platforms to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America. The mission's primary goal is information sharing with navies, coast guards and civilian services throughout the region.
