U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Reginald Gibbons, Headquarters Battery, 1st Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, fires his M-4 carbine from the prone position during the Table 3 firing exercise held at Range 8C, Pohakuloa Training Area, Hawaii, on April 11, 2010. During the exercise Marines practice various firing drills to simulate combat scenarios on targets presented at known and unknown distances.
