U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Jacob New kneels behind Petty Officer 3rd Class Zachariah Tersteege as he performs final checks on an F/A-18C Hornet aircraft assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron 25 before it launches from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) in the Pacific Ocean on March 16, 2009. The Reagan and Carrier Air Wing 14 are underway performing a sustainment exercise.
