U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Marites Cabreza, a medical technician with the 354th Civil Affairs Brigade, checks the breathing of a sick villager during a medical civil affairs project in Beya-Addey, Djibouti, on Nov. 16, 2008. U.S. doctors, nurses, and medical technicians with the 354th Civil Affairs Brigade worked with their Djiboutian counterparts to provide healthcare to the villagers. The 354th Civil Affairs Brigade is attached to Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa out of Camp Lemonier, Djibouti.
