U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Nancy Germann signals to a shooter inside the Integrated Catapult Control System aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) underway in the Gulf of Oman on Nov. 1, 2008.
