Wiley is temporarily assigned to the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command to aid in the recovery of eight members of a U.S. Army Air Corps crew lost when their aircraft was shot down during World War II. The Joint POW/MIA Accounting CommandÃs mission is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of all Americans missing as a result of the nation's past conflicts. Wiley is deployed from the Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit One, Detachment 7, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
