Cox and the rest of his crew are flying participants in the Joint Civilian Orientation Conference 72. The JCOC is a program sponsored by the Secretary of Defense for civilian public opinion leaders interested in growing their knowledge of the military and national defense issues by traveling to overseas military bases.
