Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohamed Benaissa shakes hands with Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld as he arrives in Rabat, Morocco, on Feb. 12, 2006. Rumsfeld met with delegations from the Mediterranean Dialogue countries of Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia earlier at the NATO Ministerial in Taormina, Sicily. Rumsfeld will meet with Benaissa in Rabat to continue those talks and discuss regional security issues.
