Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld meets with Algerian Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia in Algiers, Algeria, on Feb. 12, 2006. Rumsfeld met with delegations from the Mediterranean Dialogue countries of Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia earlier at the NATO Ministerial in Taormina, Sicily. Rumsfeld is meeting with Ouyahia in Algiers to continue those talks and discuss regional security issues.
