Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika listen to a reporter's question during a press availability on the steps of the Presidential Palace in Algiers, Algeria, on Feb. 12, 2006. Rumsfeld met with delegations from the Mediterranean Dialogue countries of Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia earlier at the NATO Ministerial in Taormina, Sicily. Rumsfeld is meeting with Bouteflika in Algiers to continue those talks and discuss regional security issues.
