Air Force engineers with the 99th Civil Engineering Squadron use a lot of muscle to move a concrete form at the Santa Clara clinic-building project in San Vicente, El Salvador, on April 25, 2005. The clinic is part of the New Horizons Exercise projects that will provide two new schools and three clinics in areas of San Vicente that were hit by earthquakes. The engineers of the 99th are deployed for the exercise from Nellis Air Force Base, Nev.
