Sailors aboard the USS Topeka (SSN 754) prepare the mooring lines as the submarine enters port on Nov. 24, 2004, after being underway for three days off the coast of California. The Los Angeles class attack submarine participated in the Submarine Squadron 11 Chef Exchange program. Chef Paul Murphy from Humphrey's by the Bay San Diego spent three days and two nights giving the submarine's cooks tips and advice on how to improve the quality of food and service onboard.
