U.S. Marines move through dense ground cover on the outskirts of a city occupied by simulated opposition forces at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, on July 20, 2004. The Marines are participating in a Military Operations on Urbanized Terrain training evolution in support of exercise Rim of the Pacific '04. Exercise Rim of the Pacific '04 is an international maritime exercise designed to enhance the tactical proficiency of participating Pacific Rim nations including participants from Australia, Canada, Chile, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the U.S. The Marines are assigned to 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, India Company.
