Air Force Senior Airman Rick Montonario secures the ramp at the Port-au-Prince airport in Haiti as a C-130 Hercules is off-loaded on March 3, 2004. U.S. troops are deploying to Haiti at the request of the new President of Haiti to help promote the constitutional political process, to create conditions for the arrival of the U.N. multinational force, facilitate humanitarian assistance and secure key sites in the Haitian capital Port-au-Prince.
