Norton Schwartz (center), U.S. Air Force, briefs reporters on the details of the plans for the rotation of forces in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom during a Pentagon press briefing on Nov. 6, 2003. Schwartz, Army Deputy Chief of Staff G3 Lt. Gen. Richard Cody (left) and Marine Corps Deputy Commandant for Plans, Policy and Operations Lt. Gen. Jan C. Huly (right) gave reporters some of the specifics of the force rotation, which will include approximately 85,000 active duty and 43,000 reservists from all services.
