Tillen is attached to HHC, 11th Engineer Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Ga., and is deployed to Kosovo in support of KFOR. KFOR is the NATO-led, international military force in Kosovo on the peacekeeping mission known as Operation Joint Guardian.
