Capt. Glenn A. Dubis prepares to shoot from the kneeling position during qualifications for the Men's 50 meter rifle three position on Sept. 23, 2000 at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia. Dubis is one of fifteen U.S. military athletes competing in the 2000 Olympic games as members of the U.S. Olympic team. In addition to the 15 competing athletes there are eight alternates and five coaches representing each of the four services in various venues. Dubis is attached to the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, Fort Benning, Ga.
