Soldiers from the U.S. Army's Bravo Company, 3rd Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, and United Nations' police move down a muddy alley way in Mitrovica, Kosovo, as they conduct a house-to-house search for weapons on Feb. 21, 2000. The soldiers are attached to the 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C., and are deployed to Kosovo as part of KFOR. KFOR is the NATO-led, international military force in Kosovo on the peacekeeping mission known as Operation Joint Guardian.
