U.S. Navy air traffic controllers man the radar screens of the Air Operations Center on board the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) during NATO Operation Allied Force on May 12, 1999. Roosevelt and its embarked Carrier Air Wing 8 are operating in the Adriatic Sea in support of Operation Allied Force which is the air operation against targets in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
