An F-15E Strike Eagle approaches the refueling boom of a tanker aircraft during a routine patrol over Northern Iraq on Jan. 12, 1999, in support of Operation Northern Watch. Northern Watch is the coalition enforcement of the no-fly-zone over Northern Iraq. The Strike Eagle is deployed from the 494th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom.
