U.S. Navy SeaBees from Bravo Company of the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion work on power lines in the military housing area of Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico, on Sept. 30, 1998. The lines were downed by the fierce winds of Hurricane Georges. Additionally, the Seabees are clearing roads and have performed minor repairs to municipal buildings in Puerto Rico to aid in the relief efforts.
