Navy Parachute Rigger 1, Larry Armburger, from EODTEU 2, Ft. Story, Va., displays a MT-1XS free fall chute to multi-national airborne soldiers during Baltic Challenge 98. This is the largest peace support exercise held in the Baltic Region. The United States and 11 European nations will participate in this operation that will be conducted in the spirit of the "Partnership-for-Peace (PFP)" program.
