Col. Linn of the United States Air Force, looks on as Staff Sgt. Fahs, who is part of the Mobil Unit 3 out of San Diego, Calif., pets one of the dolphins while in the country of Lithuania. The dolphin is also used for the service of the United States Navy. The dolphins are in country for Baltic Challenge, the largest peace support exercise held in the Baltic Region. The United States and 11 European nations will participate in this operation that will be conducted in the spirit of the "Partnership-for-Peace (PFP)" program.
