Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Henry H. Shelton, U.S. Army, (standing) visits with soldiers at the Taszár Air Base, Hungary, dining facility on April 13, 1998. Shelton's visit is giving the soldiers an opportunity to share their concerns, such as quality of life, directly with the Chairman. Taszár is the intermediate staging base for Operation Joint Guard and the headquarters for the National Support Element.
