Lt. j.g. Vincent C. Crew members from the USS John S. McCain (DDG-56) boarded and are inspecting the ship for possible contraband. The Arleigh Burke class destroyer is conducting the interception operations as part of a force augmentation in the region. The McCain is home ported in Yokosuka, Japan.
