Crew members of the RC-135 Cobra Ball mission dubbed crazy 23, pose with 55th wing leadership, for a photo at the Tales of the 55th event March 27, 2025, at the Beardmore Events Center in Bellevue, Nebraska.
They were awarded the Maj. Bill Palm Trophy for their efforts during a very challenging mission. The Trophy is awarded within the 55th Wing to recognize superior airmanship and tenacity displayed during Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance operations.
