Technical Sgt. Michaela Sainz is the 459th Air Refueling Wing Warrior of the Month for July 2025. Tech Sgt. Sainz is a member of the 459th Aeromedical Staging Squadron Commander Support Staff. Regarding her service, she says, "Every time I put on this uniform, I am reminded why I serve – to be part of something bigger, to push harder, and to leave a legacy of purpose. Being part of the 459th Air Refueling Wing means showing up ready, staying mission focused, and standing shoulder to shoulder with some of the best."
