Joshua Robinson commented, "Watkins started off as general population and it wasn't until swim week that I knew it was time for a change in leadership, and I decided to make him the guide. I never had any second thoughts about him. Watkins is a natural born leader, he wants to help and assist people to grow and be better. He enjoys mentorship and taking on new challenges."
