    The B-52 Stratofortress bomber known as "Diamond Lil" sits near the north entrance of the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., Dec. 23, 2010. Diamond Lil's tail gunner, Air Force Airman 1st Class Albert Moore, shot down a North Vietnamese MiG fighter aircraft Dec. 24, 1972.
