250702-N-UM082-1012 BOSTON (July 2, 2025) – Sailors “man the rails” as the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) moors in Boston for a scheduled port visit to participate in July 4th celebrations throughout the city and aboard USS Constitution. Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic, is responsible for manning, training, and equipping assigned surface forces and shore activities, ensuring a capable and combat-ready force to support U.S. national interests.
