Mark Roth, technical director for the Spectrum Warfare Department, receives his 40-year Length of Service award. Roth joined Point Mugu in 1985 as an electronics engineer. Early in his career, he developed radar warning receiver software and supported systems integration for tactical aircraft, quickly earning a reputation for connecting teams and solving complex Electronic Warfare challenges.
