Pamela Miller, Medical Officer of the Marine Corps and Vice Chief of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery for Reserve Policy and Integration, delivers keynote remarks aboard the USS Midway Museum during Naval Medical Center San Diego’s Emergency Medicine Residency Program graduation ceremony. Miller praised the graduating residents for their vital role in medical force generation. Naval Medical Center San Diego employs more than 5,000 active-duty military personnel, civilians, and contractors in Southern California to deliver exceptional care afloat and ashore.
