Ft. Wadsworth, NY – Senior leaders from the 353rd Civil Affairs Command presented three instructors with the NATO Civil-Military Cooperation Centre of Excellence the U.S. Army Achievement Medal here on June 7, 2025. For the past three years, the instructors taught nine iterations of the European Mission Preparation Course to more than 150 U.S. Army Reserve soldiers, which enhanced the commands’ ability to operate alongside NATO countries and partners during military exercises.
