Hull Maintenance Technician 2nd Class David Inez, assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 11 (MSRON 11), is pinned to his new rank by Engineman 2nd Class Oswaldo Felix-Thompson during a frocking ceremony at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, on May 25, 2025.
