Gunnery Sgt. Douglas L. McGlothlin, the staff non-commissioned officer in charge of Recruiting Substation Salisbury, was recently awarded SNCOIC of the year by Marine Corps Recruiting Command. McGlothlin, a native of Waldorf, Md., has contracted and sent 141 qualified men and women to Marine Corps recruit training since he became the SNCOIC of RSS Salisbury in December 2010.
