Richard Elmore, the 472nd Electronic Combat Squadron commander, and Troy Funk, Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District construction division chief, break ground on the future site of the Battle Management Combined Operations Complex, May 19, 2025, at Robins Air Force, Georgia. The leaders broke ground on the $109 million facility, which will consolidate the 461st ACW, 950th SWG, 319th Reconnaissance Wing, 116th ACW and 472nd ECS missions, to enable Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control as part of the Air Force's modernization for future warfighting.
