U.S. Navy Cmdr. Scott Trask, a general surgeon, performs an external fixation of a femur at the Expeditionary Medical Facility (EMF) at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, on Sept. 7, 2020. The EMF is responsible for the care of thousands of personnel who occupy the base in and around the area of responsibility.
