U.S. Marine Sgt. Camacho won the Pfc. Littleton award for his actions with the 24th MEU in 2024. This award is one of the highest honors a Marine Corps communications marine can receive. Named after Pfc. Littleton, who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroism during the Korean War for smothering a grenade with his body, the award recognizes communications Marines who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and dedication.
