There are only two U.S. Marines assigned to Regional Command North. Capt. Paul Addington(l) works as a logistics officer and Brig. Gen. John Bullard(r) is the RC-North Deputy Commander. Both are serving 12-month tours at NATO Base Camp Marmal in northern Afghanistan. They are waiting togther for the arrival of IJC Commander Lt. Gen. James Terry at the Camp Marmal airfield Mar. 21, 2013.
